Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing. 

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return Contact us at support@sellhots.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not return without first contacting us so we can give you return instructions

International Returns (US, CA, EU, NZ & Worldwide) For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.
